Abstracts should
be submitted for evaluation by the Scientific Committee before May
13th, 2016. Submissions will be managed through the Conference web
application (Members’ area). Papers will be submitted in the same way after
abstracts are accepted. Acceptations will be communicated to authors
before June 17th, 2016 in order for them to have time to write
the full papers.
IMPORTANT:
please remember that you should register first to be able to submit your paper.
When there are
several authors to one paper, only one of them should submit the paper.
The corresponding
author should indicate through her members’ area, the name and e-mail
address of all the paper co-authors, taking care that this information will be
consistent with the one included by each registered co-author. All
co-authors that want to be listed in the Conference Programme must register. When the
corresponding author introduced correctly the names and e-mail addresses, a
notification will appear in the members’ area of all registered co-authors.
Authors will
have 15-20 minutes available for presentation, followed by 5-10 minutes of
comments and discussion.
